We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after receiving them. As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Once your items are on their way, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation so you can track your package.
Delivery Time
Your order will typically arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday) after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the UK and the courier’s schedule, but we’re always working hard to ensure your order arrives promptly.
Orders placed by 4:00 PM London Time begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure your items are sent to the correct location. Once your order is shipped, we’re unable to change the shipping address.
Order Cancellation or Modification
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@westlondonstreetwear.com. After this period, we cannot guarantee any changes, as your order may already be processed or shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK, but we hope to expand internationally in the future so that everyone can experience WEST LONDON STREETWEAR's timeless style.
